Important Instructions to parents

  1. Kindly ensure to fill-in the Admission Form in BLOCK LETTERS only.
  2. Incomplete Admission Form will not be accepted.

Documents to be submitted with the Admission Form:

  1. Mark-sheet of previous & current year
  2. Awards & Achievement certificates of the student (if any)
  3. Certified copy of child’s Birth Certificate (in English only)
  4. 10 latest passport-size photographs of the student (one to be pasted on the Form)
  5. One latest passport-size photograph of the father and mother each

Documents to be submitted after admission is confirmed:

  1. School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from previous school

(with Education Officer’s sign and stamp from concerned education board)

  1. Medical Fitness Certificate & Psychological Report – In prescribed format provided by the school.
  2. Photo ID of the Father & Mother of the child

(Attested photocopy of Passport / Driving License / Election Card)

  1. Migration Certificate (applicable to the students of class 11th only)
  2. Certificate of SC / ST / OBC including Baxi Panch (if applicable)

Additional documents to be submitted by NRI students:

  1. A photocopy of the Student & Parent’s Passport
  2. A photocopy of PIO Card (Persons of Indian Origin) or Form A (as per The Registration of Foreigners Rule, 1939)
  3. MANDATORY : SLC format to be filled by the parents who are not getting Leaving Certificate from School(formate to be collecated from School admin office)
